DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

OnlineVideoShare respects intellectual property rights and provides a streamlined process for copyright holders to report infringements.

1. Reporting Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work is being hosted without authorization, please use the Report button on the video view page, or contact us directly via the contact details below.

2. Required Information

Your report should include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • The specific URL of the infringing video on OnlineVideoShare
  • Your contact information, including name, email, and physical address

Incomplete reports may delay processing. Misrepresenting that material is infringing when it is not may carry legal consequences.

3. Takedown Procedure

Once a report is verified, admins will revoke the unique URL associated with the video, making it inaccessible to the public immediately.

In accordance with our internal security protocols, the video file will be retained in a non-public state for 7 days as evidence of the takedown before being permanently purged from our Cloudflare R2 storage.

4. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of banning users who are identified as repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Designated Agent

Notices of claimed infringement may be sent to our designated agent using the contact details below. Please include all information listed in Section 2.
