Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including the custom names and passwords you assign to your videos.

You agree to abide by the storage limits of your tier:

• 100 MB for guest uploads
• 250 MB for free registered users
• 500 MB (scalable) for paid users

You may not upload content that violates local or international laws. Users are able to report videos they deem inappropriate, providing a reason for the report.

• Our admins reserve the right to revoke URL access to any video that violates these terms.
• Revoked videos are not immediately deleted; they are held for 7 days as proof before permanent removal.
• Admins may ban users who repeatedly violate platform policies.

While we strive for 100% uptime, our initial hosting is on Vercel with planned migrations to self-hosted servers. We are not liable for any data loss occurring after the specified 10-day or 30-day deletion windows.
